An indulgent luxury hotel where guests are rejuvenated through a pampered recreation of the new Iberostar Grand Hotel Portals Nous in Mallorca. Located on a magnificent beach, this luxury design uses transparencies, whites and reflective surfaces to create a flow of openness. Emphasizing craftsmanship and modern design, the Mallorquin style is reinforced, inspiring guests with the scenery of Spain.
The massive estate in Dallas’ prestigious Preston Holloneighbourhoodod encompasses a living space including a four-story main home, a two-story guest house, and a three-story recreation complex. The main home has 10 bedrooms and 12 full- and five half-baths; the guest house contains two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The recreation complex contains a movie theatre with 18 seats, a pool room, three full- and two half-baths. It’s on the market again for $100 Million and we can understand why given Peter Marino’s incredible work in this stunning mansion.

The Station House is a luxury residence in northeast Washington, D.C.’s burgeoning Atlas District. With interior design by Rockwell Group, the Fisher Brothers’ 11-story, LEED-certified building is full of contemporary amenities, mirroring the lively restaurant, retail, and gallery scene of the surrounding neighbourhood.
The velvet sofas sitting on jade, pink onyx, and marble floors in the glamorous lounge are Ken Fulk’s favourite elements. “I’m mildly obsessed with those floors, and I’ve never met a big green sofa I didn’t love—it’s kind of the perfect perch,” he says of the snaking sculptural pieces that were inspired by one in his Tribeca studio.
