Armani has been a staple of the Miami design scene since the ’70s, much due to the luxury brand‘s iconic suit jackets, but now its Armani/Casa‘s time to enter the scene with a new luxury condo right in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Armani/Casa celebrates the grand opening of its new Miami-area luxury condominium building, Residences by Armani Casa, created with the late architect César Pelli. The five-year effort marks an important milestone for the 20-year-old Italian brand as it expands beyond furniture and design to include real estate.

Situated on the oceanfront in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the new 60-story tower represents the most ambitious effort yet for the brand in the United States. The building features interior residences and amenity spaces, including a spa, a private restaurant, and a wine-tasting lounge, all conceived by Armani/Casa.

The developers hired fashion icon, Giorgio Armani, architecture firm Pelli Clarke Pelli and Swiss landscape architecture firm Enzo Enea to design the project. It is the first Armani-branded building in the U.S.
