There was the “most expensive house in the nation,” and this one’s a stunner—the 25-acre, $195 million “Palazzo di Amore,” located in Beverly Hills, is a Frankenstein’s monster of luxury housing. Within the walls of the 53,000-square-foot, twelve-bedroom compound, you’ll find everything you might need (or even just want). But the price had a major drop of $46 million.

This 25-acre palazzo has a spa, disco, movie theater, vineyard, and bowling alley, and is now $46 million cheaper. Either way, you’ll never run out of things to do in the 15,000-square-foot “entertainment center,” and there’s plenty of room for your guests.

Real estate entrepreneur Jeff Greene has lowered the price of “Palazzo di Amore,” his sprawling Beverly Hills estate, from $195 million to $149 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Although the $46 million discount is significant, Greene still stands to make quite a profit from the mega mansion, as he originally paid $35 million for the property.
